Seigle Point sells out in 3 days! April 7, 2007

I couldn’t believe that Grubb Properties‘ new townhome project on the former Piedmont Courts site sold out in 3 days! This is the location you can see from the eastern turn of I-277 in the Belmont neighborhood, where thanks to a Hope grant the area will be getting a Kroc/Salvation Army community center soon.
The project is called Seigle Point, and Grubb offered 3 bedroom flats and townhomes with garage for between the $140’s to low $200’s. Granted, they don’t have all the finishes inside that are now standard in new construction (granite counters, hardwood floor, etc.), but still, at that price, those buyers are going to do very well. I would say their values will go up 50% in the next 3 years, quite possibly more. Read Doug Smith’s full report.
How big are the houses? Know of any pictures, that is a pretty good price..
You may want to check their website for sketches, floor plans, etc.
